Beyond Horizon

Beyond Horizon is a coastal landscape shaped by the idea of open distance suggested by its title. Existing product information identifies the work as an expressive seascape with an impasto approach and palette-knife technique. Sea, beach and ocean references support a spacious coastal setting, while the textured handling keeps the surface active and painterly. The composition is centred on the sense of looking outward, with the horizon providing a clear point of focus. The work combines an open landscape subject with a strong emphasis on colour, surface and atmosphere.
