Refund policy

Feel assured as you select and purchase your artwork online. Crafting these distinctive pieces brings me joy, and I hope they bring the same delight to those who collect them. That's why I extend a 7-day period from delivery for collectors to hang and enjoy the artwork in their space. Should it fall short of your expectations, you're welcome to return it.

• You have 7 (seven) days from the time you receive an artwork to decide.
• The artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered to them Anjana Rai Arts will arrange artwork to be picked up and return to the artist.
• The cost of return shipping will be covered by purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been received. 
• If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
• This return policy exclusively pertains to original artworks and does not extend to fine art prints, which are tailored upon order.
